2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners assaulted the informant and his son by means of lathi, danda & iron rod, as a result of which, both of them sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. The injury sustained by the informant and his son has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. He further submits that F.I.R. has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31396 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 been lodged after a delay of 12 days without there being any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as delay in lodging F.I.R., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai / concerned Court in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
