The present writ application has been filed being aggrieved by the office order dated 09.02.2013 having Memo no. 437, issued by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran, by which he has directed for cancellation of appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.11689 of 2015(10) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 of teachers who have been appointed on the basis of the qualification of Madhyama Visharad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that District Teachers Appellate Authority has become functional in view of the order dated 14.12.2023, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. 4534 of 2019 (Jawed Ali Reza v. The State of Bihar and others).

In view of the fact that District Teachers Appellate Authority is functional, the present writ application stands disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Saran at Chapra, by filing an appropriate appeal.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of one month from today, the same shall be considered by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Saran at Chapra and disposed in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
