The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020, Corresponding to G.R. No. 2000 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 354 (B), 427, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration, the allegations and contents of the case diary where noticed that there is another criminal case registered against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 of the I.P.C. and in the present case also allegation under Section 354 of the I.P.C. has been levelled, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
