2. The petitioners seek regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 25(1-B)a, 25(1-AA), 35 of the Arms act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2023.

4. The following order was passed on 16.10.2023 by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66468 of 2023:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nand Kishore Prasad, learned APP for the State.

2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37561 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-B)a, 25(1-AA), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One accused, namely, Bhola Rajbhar was caught running the illicit gun factory and huge recovery was made from his house.

4. Petitioners who are the sons of accused Bhola Rajbhar are also involved in the same business and they are in custody since 07.08.2023.

5. Considering the fact that petitioners are involved in manufacture of the illegal weapons, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trail."

5. I see no ground to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
