In view of the fact that vide Annexure 12, the respondents have recognized the services of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in Project High School Tetua, Gaya, with effect from 01.01.1989. The grievance of the petitioner in the present application stands redressed. Now the grievance of the petitioner is confined to the payment of arrears in terms of the decision of the respondents. The payment of arrears is to be made in 5 five installments.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10627 of 2015(3) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Director, Secondary Education, requesting him to make payment of her arrears, which is still pending.
Considering the fact that the respondents have decided to make payment of arrears in 5 installments, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education to strictly follow their own decision of payment of arrears of the Teachers whose services are recognized by the respondents. Necessary decision with regard to the payment of arrears may be taken by the respondents at the earliest, preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
