This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 678.6 litres of illicit liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for
