20.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 204 of 2013 arising out of Maheshkut P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012 registered under Sections 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the 1st Ad hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge, Khagaria. Considering that the trial is at the fag end, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for this reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, and the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
