2. The petitioner has moved before this Court for direction upon the respondent to consider his case as 'Prerak' under Dhushari Panchayat in the block of Atari, Gaya.
3. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 5 is on record in which direction of the Director, Public Awareness, Bihar, Patna addressed to the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Gaya dated 06.11.2015 is on record in which
Patna High Court CWJC No.13328 of 2015(3) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 direction has been given to check the educational qualification of the petitioner vis-a-vis respondent no. 10 and if both have same educational qualification/experience, the person who was cleared earlier is to be taken in.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the direction of the Director as contained in letter no. 2075 dated 06.11.2015 is complied.
5. The matter is of the year 2015.
6. If the respondent-District Programme Officer (Literacy) has not complied with the said direction dated 06.11.2015, he shall ensure its immediate compliance.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
