Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of S.T. Case No. 104 of 2021 arising out of Kadwa P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2020. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 05.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39806 of 2021. Since the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2020 and there is no likelihood of expeditious conclusion of the trial

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Katihar, in S.T. Case No. 104 of 2021 arising out of Kadwa P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020.
