This modification application has been filed for modification in the name of police station, as in place of Patna City Bypass, it has been wrongly typed as Patna City in last paragraph of order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66399 of 2018.

It has been submitted that petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66399 of 2018 but could not furnish bail bond and released from the jail as there is a difference in P.S. Case name in the impugned order which cropped up due to mistake committed in prayer portion of the bail petition.

The modification application is allowed to the above extent.
