The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 27.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.66590 of 2021 and a liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner has been framed on 21.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-4 to the bail application and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33239 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No.35 of 2012. However, it is made clear that if the learned Court below comes to a conclusion that after his release, the petitioner is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
