Patna High Court CWJC No.8200 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 published notification No.8/2018 for appointment on the post of Assistant Parichalak, Button Pat Chalak-2, Kaniye Sarni Purus Technician Grade-IV. In the light of aforesaid notification as per Rule the persons has applied but at the time of appointment merit list was prepared by the department without following the Guideline of energy (holding) Power Limited as well as post of Technician I.T.I. and A.C.V.T. and S.C.V.T. " 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
