2. On query, learned counsel for the appellants failed to satisfy us as to how the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge in any manner adversely affects the appellants herein.

3. In that view of the matter, we see no merit in the present Letters Patent Appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

4. However, if appellants have any grievance relating to inter-se seniority, they will have liberty to pursue their remedy before any forum in accordance with law.
