JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Petitioners are in custody since 19.07.2014 in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.27 of 2010 dated 24.01.2010. It is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. They have been named by one co-accused, Sanjay Paswan in his confessional statement, who has already been granted bail by the learned District Judge.

Be that as it may, the petitioners, namely, Ajay Kumar alias Ajay Ram and Vijay Kumar alias Vijay Ram, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.
