2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 13-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35889 of 2024.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner and the coaccused Avishal Kumar was rejected by common order dated 13-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35889 of 2024 and its analogous case. Thereafter, one co-accused Aman Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court by order dated 11-09-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59494 of 2024 and the co-accused Avishal Kumar whose prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34569 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 bail was earlier rejected by the common order with this petitioner, has already been granted bail by order dated 04-042025 by order dated 6150 of 2025. The present petitioner is on similar footing to co-accused, Avishal Kumar.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the co-accused whose prayer for bail was rejected by common order with this petitioner has already been granted bail by order dated 04-042025 in Cr. Misc. No. 6150 of 2025 and, the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing to that of said Avishal Kumar, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sadar at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 598 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
