Petitioner apprehends arrest in Tekari (Panchanpur) PS Case No. 222 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the IPC.

The petitioner claims parity with Ravi Mistri and Pulig Kumar @ Pravin Kumar, who have been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 53997 of 2018. The said two accused persons were dewars of the victim whereas the petitioner is father-in-law.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner father in law is also separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased, who is in jail. There is no allegation against the of tampering the evidence against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75803 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VIth, Gaya in Tekari (Panchanpur) PS Case No. 222 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
