The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Further he submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42249 of 2021(4) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
