2. This is the third attempt wherein the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail, who is in custody in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 302, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier twice the prayer for bail of the petitioner was negatived after considering the specific accusation against the petitioner that he fired upon deceased resulting into his death. It is also alleged that this petitioner has also fired upon one Nago Mahto, who sustained grievous injury.

4. Vide order dated 17.05.2024, the present status of the trial was called for. It is apprised to this Court that altogether 8 witnesses have been examined. Two witnesses are yet to be examined by the Court and the same is likely to be done preferably within a period of two months.
5. Considering the fact that there is a specific accusation against the petitioner and the trial is at the fag end and expected to be concluded within a period of two months, this Court expects the learned trial Court shall make all endeavour to conclude the same within the period stipulated.
6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
