JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and J.P. University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation of order dated 05.09.2016 passed in M.J.C. No. 619 of 2016.

3. By the order aforesaid, the Registrar and Finance Officer of the University were required to consdier the representation

Patna High Court MJC No.136 of 2017 dt.26-09-2018 2/2 for which liberty was given to the petitioner to file and pass reasoned order and if, any further payment was required to be made, the same were also to be done within four weeks.

4. From the materials on record, the Court finds that details have been given with regard to the payments which the petitioner was entitled to in terms of the original order of the Court dated 18.08.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 240 of 2012.

5. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

6. However, the University authorities shall provide the petitioner with detailed calculation chart of the amount paid to him within three weeks from today.
