Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 2081 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 02.03.2022, this anticipatory bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 11.04.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3614 of 2022 by which the son of the petitioner no.2, who is the husband of the complainant, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2, above named, is allowed.

Let the petitioner no.2, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XVI, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2081 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
