JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 The writ petition was disposed of on 30.1.2012 with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Director, Secondary Education, who was required to look into the matter while releasing grants to the College and to ensure that the payment is disbursed by the College management in favour of the working hands in the College eligible for such payment as per law. The matter was examined at length by the Director, Secondary Education and after detailed discussion rejected the

Patna High Court MJC No.2354 of 2015(5) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 claim of the petitioner vide order dated 30.1.2018, Annexure-A to the show cause.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the Director, Secondary Education dated 30.1.2018 in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. With the aforesaid liberty, the application stands disposed of.
