Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in short, is that on 15.04.2022 in the night at about 01:00 P.M., an A.S.I. Pramod Kumar got a secret information that Chandan Kumar and his other accomplished are involved in deceiving people by alluring them for providing loan on their mobile. For this purpose, they used

To verify the information, he went to the home of Chandan Kumar and reached there 02:00 hours in night. In course of search, huge quantity of mobiles, SIMs, accounts, cheque book, S.B.I. KIOSK banking card, PAN card etc. recovered from the house of the petitioner. By opening laptop and mobile, forged advertisement of employment of Himalaya Company and play boy was found. He called on mobile number 7891072890 and other side told his name Himanshu Sharma who told that for grant of 30,000/- loan, Rs. 1900/- has been demanded on Google App. Other persons were also cheated. Chandan Kumar and Ajit Kumar were arrested at the spot. Chandan Kumar told that other persons are involved in collecting money.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that it appears from the F.I.R. as well as seizure list no case is made out under Section 420 of the I.P.C. and all the seized articles belonged to the wife and the petitioner has no concern at all with the alleged occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura. Prayer is refused.
