2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Chapra Town Police Station Case No.130 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
