The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case no. 45 of 2015, registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 477(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of inquiry regarding supply of paddy for the year 2014-15 in Sigori PACS, it was detected that the petitioner showing excess area of land in the rent receipt supplied more paddy for the purpose of taking benefit of subsidy amount of the government. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it had come in the inquiry report dated 28.04.2015 of Deputy Collector land Reform, Pali, Patna that the name of petitioner is

No.32267 of 2020(4) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 find at serial No. 17 of the list of agriculturists, who supplied the paddy in which area of land was shown as 2.58 Acres, while in rent receipt No. 00409804 area 1.40 Acre and in rent receipt No.00408803, 18 decimals are detailed. Further submission is that the aforesaid two receipts, which have been annexed as Annexure-2, in supplementary affidavit 01 Acre 40 3⁄4 is detailed and in other receipt 18 decimals is detailed. The petitioner, who is lady farmer, had no knowledge that, who manipulated, in her back, regarding area of land of the petitioner in the register. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
