The present MJC has been preferred for compliance of order dated 29.04.2013 in CWJC No.4853 of 2013. A show-cause on behalf of opposite party no.3 is on record, according to which the information was given to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda that the last candidate appointed had 13 marks while the petitioner is having only 11 marks and as such there is no seat for Advertisement No.01/2004. The said show-cause of 2015 has no rejoinder.
