The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019 and there is recovery from the possession of the petitioner is that one loaded country made Katta with three cartridges. He has got no any criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to enmity with the local Mukhiya as well as the local police.

From FIR and seizure list shows that nothing has been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 32/2019 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
