The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bhadaur P.S. case No. 39/2020 registered u/s 376(AB) of the IPC and u/s 4 of the POCSO Act.

The informant alleged that petitioner entered into his house while his six years daughter was residing. The petitioner sexually assaulted and abused her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an electric mechanic and he had gone to the house of the petitioner for repairing electric line. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case on account of previous enmity but it appears that petitioner sexually assaulted and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33327 of 2020(2) dt.15-12-2020 2/2 abused two minor girls, aged about 6 and 9 years. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
