JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lalan Kumar, the learned APP for the State.

The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi PS case no. 231 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 307 and allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43523 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court C.J.M. III, Araria in connection with Palasi PS case no. 231 of 2017, within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail.

It is needless to state that for a period of six weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Palasi PS case no. 231 of 2017, pending before the learned court of C.J.M. III, Araria.
