2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1043 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 382, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to home, the accused persons including the petitioner sitting on a bullet motorcycle got him stopped and demanded Rs. 3 lakhs else they would shot him dead. On refusal by him, he was assaulted with butt of pistol on his head causing bleeding injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35685 of 2024(3) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a cousin of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties. He has also submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is under custody since 06.02.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1043 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
