2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the secret information, informant along with other police personnel rushed to Railway Dhala in village Sariha and found that eight persons standing there, who started fleeing away after seeing the police and were chased and there was recovery of motorcycles and other items from the apprehended accused persons.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this false and concocted case. The name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the co-

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of A.C.J.M VII, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. case no 202 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
