2. Second supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 to 4. From the averments in the same, it appears that in compliance of the order of the Writ Court dated 28.01.2014 passed in the CWJC No. 10412 of 2010, the

Patna High Court MJC No.651 of 2015 dt.16-07-2019 2/2 Board has regularized the allotment of the petitioner which was earlier cancelled and interfered by the Writ Court.

3. Mr. Lalit Kishore, learned Advocate General pointed out that the same has been made subject to the appeal which the Board has filed against the order dated 12.03.2019 passed in the present case by which the present exercise has been undertaken.

4. In view thereof, nothing remains in the present application. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

5. The files which were called by the earlier order, be returned to the Board.
