The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Excise Case No. 102 of 2014, Trial No. 1328 of 2018 registered under Sections 47(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering recovery of 70 litres of illegal countrymade wine kept in a plastic jarkin from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and
