JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 337, 338, 307, 379 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is evident from the FIR that there was some dispute between two groups in respect of election to the post of Secretary of the School. Allegedly, the informant's son was surrounded by the accused persons and was assaulted variously. In view of the submission that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature, this application is allowed. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74290 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
