2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioners have approached this Court for release of the seized vehicles against which confiscation proceeding has already been initiated.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners however submits that no notice has been given to them before initiating the process of confiscation.

5. The confiscating authority is thus directed to issue notice to the petitioners and decide the matter without loosing any time, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands
