2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 328 and 302 of IPC .
3. As per the prosecution case , allegation levelled against this petitioner is that he took away the sister of informant by luring her in the name of AWPL Networking and administered poison and intoxicant substance to her due to which sister of informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. No one claimed to have witnessed the occurrence or claimed to have seen this petitioner committing the offence .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he took away the sister of informant and administered poison and intoxicant substance to her due to which sister of informant died . Post-mortem report shows that stomach was full of fluid with bleehish pigment.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
