Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: (A) For insurance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to make payment of fixed remuneration to the petitioner as she is working on the post of Gram Kutchari Sachiv, of Fulwariya

Patna High Court CWJC No.7365 of 2026 dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Panchayat, which is due since date of her joining.

(B) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner deserved in the opinion of this Hon'ble Court."

Learned Counsel for the State submits that from the record it transpires that petitioner's representation is pending before respondent No. 4, the District Panchayati Raj Officer, East Champaran (Annexure-P/8). Time may be granted so that respondent No. 4, the District Panchayati Raj Officer, East Champaran may take decision on the representation of the petitioner.

In the light of the submission made, this Court disposes off the writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 4, the District Panchayati Raj Officer, East Champaran to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date receipt/protection of a copy of this order.
