1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondent-Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts to issue no objection certificate in favour of the petitioners for receiving the compensation amount which has not

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation annexing all the necessary documents and details in support of their claim within a period of six weeks from today before the Chairman, Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts, Vidyapati Marg, Patna (Respondent No. 5).

4. In the event the petitioners file their representation along with all the necessary documents and details in support of their claim within the stipulated period, the Chairman, Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts, Vidyapati Marg, Patna (Respondent No. 5) shall dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation.
