1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents-State.

2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner commanding the respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2023, wherein he has requested consideration of his case for compassionate appointment on account of the death of his father and in view of the communication and the recommendation made by the Circle Officer, Khagaria (Annexure-P/4).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation before the concerned authorities vide Annexure-P/5 of the application before respondent no. 4 on 11.12.2023, which has been kept

Patna High Court CWJC No.8520 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 pending without any decision or a reasoned order.

4. This Court thinks it proper to direct respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks from today, taking into consideration that the petitioner is facing financial crunch.

5. The application stand disposed of with the above said observations.
