2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96 and 87 of the BNS and under Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2026.

5. From the statement of the victim girl, the victim was in relationship with the petitioner and when her mother and father has opposed the same, the victim girl has left her house

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33666 of 2026(3) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 on her own and went to the petitioner, who was living in Delhi.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2025.
