Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act and section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case total 52 liters of country made mahua liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits tht petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30920 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Saharsa, in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019, Special (Excise) Case No. 145 of 2019.
