JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2023 By filing bench slip dated 4.9.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that there are some typographical mistakes in the previous order dated 28.8.2023.

2. In paragraph 5 of the said order, let description of the Court below and the case number be read as 'the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Mahila Police Station Case No. 100 of 2022' in place of 'Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Bhojpur at Ara in Dhanpura Police Station Case No. 706 of 2022' . Besides this, sections 341,323,504,506 of the IPC and sections 3⁄4 of the DP Act are also added in paragraph 2 of the said. In paragraph 4, mentioning of 'three thousand' be read as 'five thousand'.
