The present writ petition was admitted for hearing by order dated 27.01.1998, and had been filed for the following reliefs - "For issuance of a writ of Certiorari quashing the order dated 25.11.1995 passed by the Circle Officer, Rajgir in a Measurement Case No. 01/95-96 without issuance of notice to the petitioner and on the basis of a false report submitted by the respondent no. 5 the Anchal Amin on

P.C. in the case No. 408 (M) 95, which is challenged in this Court by Cr. Misc. Case No. 17445 of 1995 and the final order has been passed on 24.11.1995 has lost its force after expiry of 60 days from the date of its passing."

Mr. Ravi Bhushan Prasad Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to contest Title Suit No. 337 of 2017 said to have been filed by Ramdeo Pandit (respondent no. 6) and others which is pending in the Court of Sub-Judge-I, Nalanda.
