Petitioner seeks bail in Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case no. 151 of 2020 registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Police intercepted two persons namely, Manoj Kumar and Subodh Kumar with a motorcycle but on demand petitioner and Subodh Kumar could not show any paper with regard to ownership of the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2020.

Co-accused Subodh Kumar has already been granted bail under order dated 02.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 22650 of 2020.

Taking into consideration the facts, petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33307 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 for the last seven months, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
