2. Vide order dated 28.11.2023, Report with regard to death of the appellant, namely, Prashant Kumar Singh @ Babu Saheb, Son of Late Subash Singh, Resident of Village Ram Nagar, P.S. Naya Ram Nagar, District Munger, was called for from the Superintendent of Police, Munger.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Munger vide communication dated 24.01.2024 has reported that the appellant has already died.

4. In that view of the matter, as the sole appellant has died, the instant appeal stands abated.
