No. 13607 of 2008, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has produced the reasoned order dated 20.05.2016 passed by the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that full compliance has been made with regard to the order dated 04.08.2011, disobedience whereof is complained of. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order
