JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 21.01.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13893 of 2001 has been complied with, however, the learned counsel submits that in case, the petitioner has any other grievances including arrears of outstanding salary, he may be granted liberty to approach the concerned authorities. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
