Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 455 of 2013 for the offence under sections 406, 420 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that in terms of agreement for sale, the informant side has failed to pay amount within the stipulated time and on their failure to discharge the obligation under the agreement for sale, the instant case has been filed as a pressure tactics to harass the petitioner. Considering the fact that basically the present case is a civil dispute, the Court is inclined to grant bail particularly

No.75081 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 in view of the fact that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Nutan Kumari, JMFC, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 455 of 2013, G.R. No. 5003 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
