JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-04-2021 Heard Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. On 08.03.2021, the Court has passed detailed order. In fact, considering the different stand of different department of the government, the Court had directed the respondents to file one consolidated counter affidavit showing the consolidated approach of the respondents addressing the grievances of the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Unfortunately, no such consolidated counter affidavit has been filed. In the aforesaid circumstance, the court is constrained to allow the writ application with a direction to the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8325 of 2020(6) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Bihar to relieve the petitioner forthwith and on being relieved by the Social Welfare Department, the petitioner will submit his joining in the Urban Development and Housing Department, Govt. of Bihar within a further period of 15 days. On submission of joining of petitioner, in the manner indicated above, the respondent-Urban Development and Housing Department, Govt. of Bihar will accept his joining and grant all consequential benefits to him immediately.

In view of the order passed herein above, the order contained in Annexure-15, vide memo no. 2215 dated 25.06.2020, is hereby quashed.
