2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354 (a) , 354 (c) , 504, 507, 376 and 34 of the IPC and Sections 66(A) , 67 (A) and 67 of the I. T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case , there is allegation of rape as well as clicking the intimate photographs of the victim against this petitioner. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C has supported the prosecution case .

4. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C and gravity of offence prayer for pre-arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37720 of 2024(3) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 bail of the petitioner is rejected.
