Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of direction/directions in the nature of mandamus commanding and directiong the respondents to take proper, legal and strong administrative (disciplinary) action in the light of letter issued by State Government vide letter No. 4857 dated 24.11.2017 against those employees and officers who found guilty in vigilance inquiry (enquiry No. GA-01/17) concluded on the direction of Hon'ble Court and subsequently F.I.R. was lodged against them vide vigilance case No.

52/2019 lodged against them vide vigilance

The State of Bihar Para-41) (ii) To protect the public money, which was given as a salary/pension to the fraud and fake persons being as a Govt. employee for issuance of writ in the nature of direction to the respondents to stop the salary/pension of the employee (IVth grade employee Kishanganj) who found to be fake and fraud in the vigilance enquiry and officers who also found guilty in the same enquiry (Rita Mishra & Others Vs. Director Primary Education Bihar & others).

(iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the Hon'ble Court considers right in the eye of law."
